Hollis Reed offers handcrafted brass and copper home fixtures, including faucets, hardware, lighting, and related products.
Because many of our pieces are shaped, finished, and inspected by hand, minor variations in texture, tone, patina, dimensions, or surface character may occur.
These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not necessarily defects.
Unlacquered brass and copper are living materials and may naturally change in appearance and develop a patina over time.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, finishes, colors, photographs, specifications, and pricing accurately.
Screen settings, lighting conditions, handmade production, and natural material variation may cause the physical product to differ slightly from photographs displayed online.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, specifications, installation requirements, compatibility, and included components before purchasing.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- product unavailability
- inability to fulfill a customization request
- shipping restrictions
- errors affecting our ability to complete the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
Certain Hollis Reed products may be handcrafted, made to order, customized, personalized, or individually finished for a specific order.
Production times may vary depending on the product, finish, dimensions, and level of customization.
Customized or personalized products may have different cancellation and return conditions, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy or stated on the applicable product page.
6. Production, Fulfillment & Shipping
Our handcrafted brass and copper products are produced, inspected, packaged, and fulfilled through our workshop operations in Morocco.
Orders are shipped directly from our workshop operations in Morocco to customers in the United States and other international destinations using established tracked international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or comparable services.
Processing times, tracking, customs duties, import taxes, delivery conditions, and other shipping-related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations, damaged or defective items, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible items may generally be returned within the return period stated in that policy, subject to the applicable conditions and exclusions.
